Our vacation home
Casa Caliente is our newly built residence in San Pedro del Pinatar on the Costa Calida in Spain. It’s the perfect place to escape the daily routine and the stress from work.
In San Pedro del Pinatar you have more than 300 days of sun, with an average of 19°C. The only thing you need to do here, is relax with a good glas of wine and a delicious tapa, in your lounge chair, under the Spanish sun.

Location
Casa Caliente is located in a residential area (Palmeras Gold), close tot the town center of San Pedro del Pinatar. It’s within walking distance (700m) of big supermarkets, the Consum and Lidl. The town center is about 1.5km from the house, as is the sea. It is perfectly reachable on foot but a great idea is to rent some bikes. In the town center you will find even more supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
Layout of the house
There are 3 double bedrooms in Casa Caliente, 2 bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, dolce gusto, coffee machine, toaster, …). The cosy living room (with smart TV and TV Vlaanderen) gives access to the private garden with swimming pool and BBQ. The 2 bedrooms upstairs, have a large balcony with lounge chairs.Perfect to enjoy the late afternoon sun. The third bedroom has direct access to the garden. There’s free WIFI and Airco in the house.
NOTE : the Region of Murcia is in full development. Because of this, construction works may occur in the immediate surroundings of the house. Our deepest apologies !
How to reach?
By car (1950 km) through Parijs to Clérmont-Ferrand, Toulouse, Béziers, Barcelona, Alicante, Torrevieja exit 777 San Pedro Del Pinatar Sur
or through Paris, Bordeaux, (tip: spent the night at chambres d'hotes La Foulonnerie in Mios). Then Bayonne, Pamplona, Zaragosa, Valencia, Alicante to San Pedro del Pinatar
By plane to Alicante of Murcia.
The Alicante airport is about 85 km from the residence

Cartagena
Cartagena will surprise you by her livelyness and cosiness. The city is also full of Roman sites to visit (like the Roman Theatre).
Cabo de Palos
Cabo de Palos is one of the prettiest places of the Costa Calidà. De beautiful blue-green bays are amazing and the cliffs are just spectacular.
Los Alcazares
Los Alcazares is a nice village near the Mar Menor, where you can practice all kinds of watersports
Murcia city
Murcia is the main city of the province of Murcia. It's a paradise for shop-a-holics. Large parts of the city are made car-free.
Torre de la Horadada
Torre de la Horadada is the tourist part of Pilar de la Horadada. It's mainly very busy during the summermonths.
Zenia Boulevard
La Zenia Boulevard is the biggest open-air shoppingcenter in the area. It has all the major shops as well as a bowlingcenter and a lot of restaurants on the second floor.
Santa Pola
Santa Pola is situated in a beautiful and protected bay, surrounded by the warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea
Torrevieja
Torrevieja is situated on the Costa Blanca, approximately 40 minutes south of Alicante airport.

The city is best known for its beautiful palmtrees
La Manga
La Manga del Mar Menor is said to be "a paradise between two seas".
